Research Interest:

My main research interest is using nucleon charge exchange reactions, especially (p,n), on nuclear targets to measure distributions of Gamow-Teller strength. These distributions are a key to understanding nuclear structure. We are applying the data also to evaluating neutrino detectors in connection with the solar neutrino problem and neutrinos from supernovae. For more detail click here for  nucleons and neutrinos, or here for  How we determine Gamow_Teller strengths from charge exchange data.
